These 25–30 minute sessions are designed to give you a taste of coaching without a long-term commitment.
During your session, you and Melanie will: Clarify your vision and values
Assess where you are now (food journals, lifestyle check-in, etc.) Explore your readiness for change
Leave with one clear, do-able action step to move forward
If you want more support, you can continue with a coaching partnership — but this session is all about meeting you where you are.
