Well here goes nothing!!!  I wanted to do a quick introduction:  my name is Gretchen, I am a Clinical Nutritionist (MsACN) and have completed the Professional Level of Advanced Clinical Training in Nutrition Response Testing®.  If you aren’t feeling like your healthiest version we may be able to help you.  Nutrition Response Testing ® provides a non-invasive technique to identify areas of stress in your body as well as design an optimal nutritional program to support your body’s innate ability to heal.

Why the dragonfly in my logo?  The dragonfly is a symbol of transformation and wisdom, both of which are imperative on our journey to our healthiest best selves.  The wisdom to understand that we are responsible for taking control of our personal health journey leads to the transformation of our bodies, minds and health.
