“The food you eat can be either the safest and most powerful form of medicine or the slowest form of poison.” ~ Ann Wigmore
What we are putting in our bodies matters, the foods we consume are the building blocks of our organs, tissues and cells. If we don’t eat whole foods but rather consume processed foods high in sugar and un-pronounceable ingredients we are not providing our body the building block it needs to function or maintain optimal health and wellness. Whether it is diabetes, high cholesterol, anxiety, depression, ADD/ADHD, fatigue you name it, they are all impacted by our diet.
With so much conflicting information and “diet trends/miracle pills” out there out there it can be difficult to figure out what is best for you. Let us help you, at Whole Self Nutritional Wellness we realize that everyone is an individual, we each have goals for our health and that of our families but we also know that there is no quick fix. Dietary and lifestyle changes take time and preparation, we all lead busy lives, let us help you make lifestyle changes that meet your goals for yourself and your family. By assessing your nutrition and symptoms we can help you set goals and provide you with the tools and education to make changes that will help you achieve optimal health and wellness. Take a minute to fill out this a Heath History Form and this Standard Process System Survey.
We want to make this convenient for you all consultations can be done by phone or in person (in Louisville KY) depending on your preference. The initial consultation is $250.00 ($125.00 if referred by a current patient). This will also include a Heart Rate Variability analysis. This is a unique tool for measuring, monitoring and improving physical fitness or functional state. Normally this analysis costs $50 but is free with this initial consultation.
